Network Performance

We’ve engineered our network to provide optimal quality of service to our customers.

  • Low latency
  • High Availability
  • Smart Network Monitoring
  • Anti-virus and Spam Protection

Benefits

Low Latency
Our network is laid out to minimize the number of hops it takes for a data packet to leave your office and reach its destination on the Internet. Reducing the number of hops lessens the number of devices your information travels through. This means that you have faster transmission times, or low latency, as well as the added benefit of having fewer points of potential failure.

High Availability
What kind of uptime can you expect? We strive to provide our customers with 99% or better uptime.

Smart Network Monitoring

We actively monitor our network from our network operations center (NOC) to make sure that it is optimally performing. In addition, we perform preventative maintenance on a regular basis to all of our network POPs.

Anti-virus and spam protection
All incoming email is scanned for viruses and spam email.

Does weather effect service levels?
Unlike other types of wireless communication, such as satellite, the radio frequencies that we use are not affected by weather conditions such as clouds or rain.

How is the service terminated?

We terminate your connection to an RJ45 Ethernet jack. Review Customer Requirements and Installation Process to learn more.
